This past weekend, April 28-30, 402 scouts camped out for 2 nights at Manressa beach. They spent most of Saturday playing on the beach, but they also participated in a conservation project lead by Orla: “We went to Manressa Beach and met up with a coordinator named Juan. We weeded invasive plants at Elkhorn slough for 3 hours, and Juan also took us for a short walk to see the native and non native species in the area.” Says Orla. This was a great outing and the scenery was awesome!
