Overall, the All Troop went smoothly this year, with many scouts working on their cooking merit badge and rank requirements in a beautiful redwood grove in the same campground that both Troops went to last year at Mt. Madonna. After cooking and eating, Troop Guide Hailey Matta demonstrated proper setup and dishwashing for the troop, everyone cleaned up, formed a police line for Leave No Trace, and then got together around the fire pit to perform skits by patrol. On Saturday, Patrol 401 went on a 2.5-mile hike while patrol 403 played card games and 402 practiced their skits for future campouts in the amphitheater. -Natalie Dischler, Troop Historian
